Agnico could become our knight in shining armour.

Agnico could become our knight in shining armour. It's no secret that the nickel industry majors are going through some hard times. Forget about juniors. No point in even discussing them. I would think a gold company major may be the best way to increase value in CNC. BHP, Glencore etc all have their own troubles. At this point I would think they're far from making any further nickel investments at least till things improve. On the other hand gold is trading near its highs and I expect it to make new highs this year. That should put gold companies in a very strong financial position. They would become the perfect candidates to invest in Nickel if they see a future there. Especially if they're getting in, in the first inning. I'm not saying they'd blow billions for nothing  but I can assure you at this time, they'll part with some cash quicker than any other nickel major that's currently looking to cut costs to survive. So far Agnico is proof of that. I expect to see other Gold/Silver companies making similar investments. GLTA
