Need US Listing More Than Ever!

My understandiing is a lot of US folks won't invest on the OTC, because you cant do stop limit orders, delayed quotes; so you go to sell it and you dont know what price you will get. I believe/think  this is a big deal withe US institutional investors. Also, I imagine a lot of US investors feel the OTC is not a normal listing that is associated with a lot of penny stocks which is scary for some people, not like buying MSFT or ORCL. However, in this case, OTC is really not an issue with a Company like CNC, but US investors may not even take a look at CNC because it is on the OTC.

If anyone is in communication with Mr. Selby, ask him when he thinks he will have the US listing. Let' s face it a stock nearing $4 is no longer a penny stock.

Thanks for the update. If Mr. Selby says he is going to do it, then its going to happen. Your correct, I was hoping there would be a news release about findings on the other Townships, but did not expect it this fast. That is why I feel like there has to be US institutional investors with base metal funds that would want to jump on this bandwagon. But like you wrote, it is coming.

I hope the US listing is not going to be a major, major focus of CNC in their story as I don't think it will have much of an impact on the share price.  I followed Nouveau Monde closely on their US listing story, and while the share price went up pre-listing it all came down afterwards. And a huge disappointment for all investors leaving a bad taste. Not saying this would happen to CNC ...more

Have to agree with Chieff. The listing will come but I'd hope it comes closer to a time when something larger than preliminary drill results are put out. Drill results don't get the market jacked unless they are mind blowing but does solidify the base support. We know there are still bigger deals to be had here, ie; Glencore etc.
