Strategic investor

Really hope it's not a hedge fund or investment firm again buying flow through shares

If only we had those darn drill results(partials would be fine) to drive the s.p up before they issue a p.p at these lower based share prices. If I was a big investor...I certainly would want some minimal info from those assays, wouldn't you? I find it hard to believe no labs in Canada can process these drill cores right now. Either ways....I must put my trust in Mark since he's been the ...more

Assays will come in due time. Remember that all drills in Canada are actually drilling right now.  Every minors wants a piece of the future.  LOL meaning that all Labs in Canada, US are overbooked.  In the mean time sit back, be patient and keep improving your CNC holdings.  BUY, BUY, BUY more.

cravingprofits, at this point the drill results will only be to expand the resource and add years..the two big tickets have just been laid out ...62 % recoveries and carbon credits as these two indicators will shoot our NPV well over the 2 billion..don't get me wrong expansion is welcomed but those carbon credits are large...glta

Absolutely Idlebird. Thank You. But I`m dreaming of a top 3 world nickel sulphide deposit. Crawford is only icing on the cake if the other properties pan out. Some will say vice -versa maybe. Can`t wait to see what tomorrow brings. GLTA

Sorry...meant Idlefree bird if it matters.

Thanks idle. Great point on the carbon credits, they will be the bonus cash cow that can attract much deeper pockets of the ESG trillions like a magnet. Sometimes the numbers scare me how big things could get. should the other properties show strong hits.

Endzone...yes numbers are scary...but Mark put that slide in our presentation from day one on how much value there is on takeovers...billions for solid plays..glta

CEOofEPO , Mark was asked the in the crux interview if the stategic money was feom financials and his reply was no it was from someone in the space who understands low grade mining and also would be discussing a 15% stake in the company...all this hopefully before xmas...that should bode well for a share price increase to the $5-$6 range...keeping in mind the Tesla blurp shot us right up to the $4 ...more

Idle , correct me if I'm wrong but I thought Mark said the strategic would be an equity position so that CNC remained 100%?
Comment by minime123 on Nov 28, 2021 1:07pm
You are correct endzone, that is what he said.
Comment by apapas1973 on Nov 28, 2021 1:15pm
You're correct endzone. But not sure how they would structure it if that was the case. Do they just give them an equity stake and any price appreciation for the investor comes from a rise in the share price? As opposed to an ownership stake that gives them a percentage of the future sales? Not sure. A share equity still gives them a position in the company. That im sure they'll be able to ...more

Agreed apapas, this is where I was getting confused on how it would get structured. Straight 10% equilty max at whatever price, or a set amount of cash ? Sounds like they wouldn't want anyone on the board??  Maybe that's what Mark meant.
Comment by idlefreebird on Nov 28, 2021 5:39pm
endzone , here is what Mark stated and at the 1:10 mark he mentioned he was in Switzerland to talk to strategic parteners..at 15;12 is were he mentions the ladder...glta https://youtu.be/YvTwzF30oNc?t=912

My Guess is Glencore. Reasons: 1. Moved their operations to T.O. 2. Still no word on utilizing their Mill. Lets see who it is?
Comment by minime123 on Nov 28, 2021 3:05pm
Oh, i second that!
Comment by minime123 on Nov 28, 2021 3:07pm
Hey, when did they move their operation to TO?  I thought it was BHP who did that??

Stars are aligning for us;    Glencore on Twitter: " Infrastructure Transport Energy From the ferrochrome in stainless steel, to #nickel in renewable batteries, the metals we produce are powering the #EnergyTransition." / Twitter
