You're correct endzone. But not sure how they would structure it if that was the case. Do they just give them an equity stake and any price appreciation for the investor comes from a rise in the share price? As opposed to an ownership stake that gives them a percentage of the future sales? Not sure. A share equity still gives them a position in the company. That im sure they'll be able to increase over time. Not sure how this is going to be structured. Very interesting to say the least.
