Glencore would be the best strategic partner
Free 1 billion dollar smelter with glencore at kidd creek would equal 100 million dollar start up cost rather than 1.1 billion.

Yeah not sure what happened with that MOU and Glencore, CeoofEpo. Mark said if they need to go that route it would be considered. It vanished just like that. I just assumed there might be another big player involved that's going to take this full scale instantly and they cut out Glencore. I thought no need for the small pilot mine. But who knows.

apapas , i was in the afternoon zoom call and he mentioned doesn't see the need for the pilot plant that he feels this will just go to full scale...my thoughts are that Timmins will be hosting more than one nickel mill in the future...growth is comming . and the best we are in on a rare opportunity here..wealth will be had for many..glta

CEOofEPO , just for the record there is no longer a smelter at Kidd Creek as the site has been dismantled but there is a vrly large landpackage to build...the only thing on site is the concentrator building wich has rail service to the minesite wich is 10 klm from Crawford...also has rail that goest to Rouyn Quebec 3 hours away were they send the copper concentrates to be smelted...glta

Thanks for the clarity - lots of bad info on this site. Another thing: Glencore has a reputation for abusing partners and especially small shareholders. Be careful what you wish for boys. Who would be the, by far, best partner? rhimes with "tusk" Or any of the EV battery makers. One day, share price down here is going to look no-brainer cheap.

Can your provide some clarity around your post: Glencore abusing partners - examples please. Also "tusk" is who. That way your post doesn't fall into your category of ''lots' of bad info on this site". Thanks

Right. Maybe that would be the best partner for a brief jump, but we need a Sr. miner imo. Good price traction today.
