Turns out, there were serious issues with management over there. The CEO is out and has been replaced by our VP Exploration as Intrim President and CEO. The entire board of directors has been sacked and re-constituted. It also mentions there were press releases regarding properties that SHL may not have the required mineral licences,and the claims on their pipestone nickel project have expired due ...more

Never owned SHL but may reconsider with Balch in charge now. After helping discover the 5th largest sulphide nickel deposit in the world at Crawford , he clearly knows his stuff.

Seems to be a pretty complicated ownership structure. CNC's biggest shareholder is SHL. SHL's Biggest Shareholder is NOB. NOB's biggest shareholder is SHL. NOB (and CNC?) invoked the 25th Ammendment on the CEO and board of directors. Reminds me of my Grade 11 Computer Science class. The teacher said no Spaghetti BASIC!
