Unfortunately I don't think there's any news coming soon Craving. The fact that Mark bought shares tells us no news coming. He can't buy knowing theres news around the corner. GLTA.

Not really insane.  Me being a lowly retail schlep I can't make the moves the well capitalized participants do.  If I could I'd do exactly what your seeing on the price action.  I'd load up a nice low bid and short the price down to my bid.  The price decline from shorting could induce more selling pressure either by retail panic or triggering stop losses.
