RE: good observation moe money you wouldn't

RE: good observation moe money you wouldn'twas never really one to make predictions.... If we make a sale of the North Carolina facility for a price equal to or slightly lower than what was paid for it (wich was one of management's restructuring objectives) then we should see a nice increase in price (I am guessing something along this line is in the works and news leaked.... hence the increase in share price this last little while) However if the restructuring is purely the issuance of shares in exchange for debt relief and the North Carolina plant is simply closed, then we may be in for a bit of a slide. Personally even if the worst case scenario occurs it may not be all that bad in the long run... remember banks lend money to make money so it is in their best interest to see the company do well so that the shares they were issued in exchange for debt relief increase in value. I'm holding and hoping for the best at this point... I very much doubt this company will go under. In simple terms we have one profitable unit, one improving unit, and one bad unit.... sell or get rid of the bad unit and we should be in good shape. IMHO Moe
