News $COIN.n $SMURF announced today another lease agreement, this time with the 3rd largest athletic footwear brand in the world Skechers.
They have leased the equivalent of a 5,000-square-foot space on virtual land owned by $COIN to build an experiential store on the Fashion Street Estate in Decentraland.
This lease agreement adds to the four other lease agreements that $COIN announced last week and will see recurring rev.
With these lease agreements and the rev. they’ll bring in, the metaverse fashion week coming up, and staking crypto and their CryptoPunk, $COIN is looking primed to have a nice breakout soon. IMO one to keep an eye on.
