RE: Money Flow....I'm pretty sure it's Newfoundland light and power (Fortis) . The power line( a couple of years ago) was single phase to the top of the hill, although 3 phase does go so far out the pennsula, to Atlantic Minerals for sure and I think beyond, that's if memory serves me correct.
