RE: Stephenvilel Tanks Being Tested and Certified

From the Western Star. (This is an extract from a column that referred to the PDI thing which I copied here.) "Organ said the committee has had a number of discussions with PDI ,the operator of GHS oil drilling, which is negotiating to have a storage facility in the former tanks at the stephenville mill. These include two 80,000 barrel tanks and one 120,000 barrel tank. PDI is now in the process of getting one of the tanks re-certified for use."
