There's a pretty good write up in the Western Star this morning about this Tekoil deal. One of the things that Parsons said was that the well that they plan to drill had to be done by October of this year and would be on the west coast, offshore, somewhere between Stephenville and Parsons Pond . This covers a pretty big area but she wouldn't or couldn't be more specific as to location.
