Merger

Can anyone, other than the members that have nothing ofvalue to add to the information on this board, explain the pro’s and con’s ofthe merger not taking place.

 

I apologize in advanced if the information was alreadyposted but I have no desire to read so many negative comments about this stock. I cannot believe the number of posts!!!

 

I assure you I am a holder of this play and yes I did selloff 25% of my holding to protect my principle but I would like someone to giveme their opinion on the change in direction of the merger.
