1.6 Billion barrels right there, right now, all for the taking???
No additional drilling/investment/exploration & production delays/share dilution, etc. to get to that 1.6 Billion barrels?   Come on.
The consortium may never live long enough to see even a small fraction of that 1.6 Billion barrels recovered.
I know that as an investor, I'll probably never last long enough to see CQV's share price hit 50 cents.
