RE: Question?Yes, it would have to be voted on. May only be a formality in this case..  good thing is it would take a bit of time for everything to be done. By that time the drilling here would be history and you would have a better idea of what they have( if they don't hold back the information to long with tight hole status) and whether you wanted to stay in or get out..I just had one done with a company and it was voted down but there were far less shares involved.
