You have 100,000 shares now at .06 = $6000
after  reverse split  1 to 20 ...you have
100000/20  =  5000 shares........

Share value would be
.06x 20= $1.20per share
Now you have 5000shares @ $1.20 =$6000   (same value, different structure)

Companies don't like to have to many shares when they're trying sell the company or do business with other companies unless they are talking mega corps with real value
