RE:one share one warrent

RE:one share one warrentI cannot answer that.  The fast and high rise in PPS i have seen such before.  That to say in most cases  it was known by a good number of people that would acumulate shares even with the share and warrant issue.  That because of what in their opinion i can only assume was an irrelavent issue in this case because of the lo share issue count.  If such a new project is in sight and some assume that it is a go then they will jump all over the PPS ahead of any deal, expecting that their hoped for event will occur.  In fact i have bought private investments just on that stature basis and scored "BIG", in fact very BIG.
As for Edwards and Jarvis, they both cast a very LONG and TALL SHADOW.  IMO their moves are always based on as near as 100% probability to occur and are as well very strategic no matter how muddy the waters are or have been.  They seem to have great foresite as CEO's.  AIMHO!
