Hi,

Thank you for your interest in our company.

Question 1 is as asked, but Question 2 is not complete because I wanted to know about all REE's across all properties, but I got a response and that is good. Could not locate the press release on annual meeting. If someone could give me a link to it I would owe you a cool one if we ever get warm weather. I assume it is under First Gold.

Are you(Jean-Sebastien Lavallee) remainingas President and CEO of CRE or is the company still actively looking for a newCEO for your company? I have been elected as formerpresident and CEO by the board of management and shareholders at the annualmeeting. Everything is in the past press release.

2. Can yougive us a time line for when we could expect some news on a total of allrelevant REE’s to-date or something that could affect the low share price of acompany that should be trading much, much higher in value? As we announce in the press release last week, we drilled25 holes (140-165) on Rose. All these hole will be include in the new resourceevaluation. In addition, the new resource evaluation will take in account theenrichment zone in Tantalum where the lithium is quasi notpresent.

All the information will be announce by Press Release when they willbe available.
