The New York Stripe and Lobster Mash potatoes are very good and you can wash it down with a bottle of Grey Monk Pinot Nior.(2008 was their best year, in my mind) When he was talking about off take customers did he say anything about inking some deals with open prices on rock quality or delivery amounts. With such a demand I am surprised that companies are not trying to get an upper hand on what seems to be a good and safe supply. If the samples do not meet purity levels then all parties can walk away or price at that level. No risk for off take customers and could very easily add value to SP. Just wondering.
