RE:RE:Permit question

RE:RE:Permit question I forgot about Helm. How could i? Maybe companies see that as a real negative event that makes them think twice about investing in CRE?

The mood seems to be turning cynical and slightly pessimistic on the board. Rightfully so!

I can't help but think that something less than honest is happening with the Q&A back and forth. It's not a university professor asking for a rough draft of a term paper! It's the GOVERNMENT asking for tangible answers.

From the outside looking in, that's all we can do because the answers is always "we can't say much, but things are happening blah blah blah", it looks like management is just taking hefty salaries and not actually doing anything to further this project. It's obvious how much they stand to benefit by a higher SP with how many shares they hold, but they also make a lot of money every year they delay this thing. I'd love to be wrong, but they sure haven't EVER done anything to prove that theory wrong. I'd just like to know what they actually do on a day to day basis? What are they doing to bring value to the shareholders? We've heard the same thing for 5 years and literally nothing has changed except the market has ebbed and flowed naturally.

is there anything we can actually do as shareholders to further this? Can we ask anything of management except what we have and just take the appeasing rhetoric the continue to give? I'm just getting frustrated after 10 years here and at least 5 of hearing the same responses over and over from management. Tell me I'm being too pessimistic and why, other than all of the good things the property itself has to offer the market.
