How long did it take Canada Lithium to get their permits?
How long did it take Nemaska to get their permits?
How long is it taking Critical?
I'm very intrigued to find out. Does anyone have this answer? It seems like it's taking us much longer and I'm wondering why....
--management keeps answering the questions incorrectly or not answering them at all
--change in government or change in the way permits are being processed or dealt with
--more rigid testing, requirements, etc
--maybe the fact there have already been two failed ventures before CRE in Quebec...but I don't see what that has to do with delay in permits
--other???
It seems like we are getting left behind. The fact we hired Cantor speaks volumes. I'm beginning to think we were never close to a deal while using Cannacorp, hence the change now. So that's another two years down the drain. And let me not remind you about HELM.
At the end of the day, is the real problem the permits themselves (government) or the fact that no OEM or other large entity has become our strategic partner??
I think the real problem lies with management. Maybe it's their cockiness, or self assurance or just plain stupidity but the longer these delays go on for, the more we will miss the boat. Kinda sucks to see all these other companies (ie Rocktec, Millenium, Lithium America's, etc) all go higher then us while they have less in reserves, only one main mine (while we were led to believe we have several "Roses"), and also we are more advanced with feasibility study, permit application, fixed contract agreement, agreement with CREE, etc.
Yet here we are, can't even get over $1. I guess that's what happens when we just trust management and not ask any critical questions, no pun intended. The likes of JSL have been here for over 10 years. He makes a whopping salary. Fast forward 10 years and we don't even have permits. At this rate, are we going to be in production by 2022 or 2032? Serious question.
