That is actually how a company sets employee objectives and make no mistake, he is an employee as well. This company for all intensive purposes is a "startup" mining company after 10+ years. Most companies of this stage barely pay their founders. Do you know many other employee shareholders being paid what he is paid who can take 10 years to get a the one thing that allows the company to move forward??
