It's basically a cow path into the bush surrounded by three First Nations communities. The predictions that they have made are fiction. They are at least 10 years away from anything and with the Ont Government, First Nations issues it's a pipe dream. They are great marketers and should be congratulated for that! Unfortunately in this world people love the sizzle more than the steak. If CRE had a proper I.R. team in place there's absolutely no reason we shouldn't be at least over $3 at this point in time. If we again looking at a possible buyout etc at ths stage $5 + is highly realistic based on the asset.
