Not sure what the excitement is about..
The 3rd party source fed you same BS, and confirmed the theories I have outlined. Funding was needed bla bla, check January news release, same thing. They got $15M, left with $8M now another $24M let's see what they will spend these for, as for me the deal is already arranged just playing the price while permits are issued and all parties knew the permits won't come this year, except for retail investors of course.
Second, high interest for the PP? Why then do it at $1.75 not at $2? Oh wait, because is for our buddies! You offer warrants when you want to sweeten the PP and attract investors, otherwise you don't give them away, pluse no hold period.. too many red flags for this management!
I'm here to make money, but it seems these crooks will try and pull the rug under the retail by robbing us from good gains. As soon as we hit $2 I'll start offloading with increments of $0.2 all my shares. My posts are intended to only warning you about potential risks by pointing at the red flags. I had the rug pulled underneath with NMX and was hoping to get at least 5x return here, but not convinced that would be the case anymore.
Still holding for permits news and FS phase 2 news and will add more in the new year once the price goes where I think it will. However will be moving on once the above noted two news are in.
There will be money to be made here, just lower your expectations for the stock price and trade accordingly. Good luck to us!

I administer two private Facebook groups for former Nemaska shareholders. Recours collectif Nemaska class action? and Nemaska Lithium investor group. -- I am collaborating with a specialized class action law firm evaluating the Nemaska file. I should find out by mid-December if file is accepted. If accepted, motion will be filed in Superior Court.
