The extra questions from COMEX

Well I finally talked to someone that knows a lot more than me (closer to the source one would say).

And even if Hovis alerted us to the fact I wanted to beleive that this was a publication of old questions.

But sadly Hovis was right, they were new. Sorry for doubting you Hovis.

The good news is that the questions were all rapidly answered and the one about wetlands and soil samples does not need to be adressed (go out and take more samples) since the answer already exists in the 2019 agreement.

Comex met yesterday and will meet again on or around December 15th for their last meeting of 2021. I am keeping my fingers crossed that in one of these two meetings they will agree to send the recommendation to the minister early in 2022.

As for the PP. They have received many offers from investors that wanted even a larger position with CRE but JSL went with an offer that still respects his objective to minimize dillution as much as possible. Nothing like Nemaska who went over a billion shares.

They did not need that money short term but this was a strategic move to sit at the negociatiing table with our partner not looking at our last dollar if you know what I mean.

We have many interested parties and they know that 8 million is not that much when you take in account the ongoing 2nd phase DFS and enginnering and more exploration to expand the reserve.

As usual the PP was offered to investors with deep pockets and some of them (more greedy) just went for it to get a free warrant and shorted the stock to make some profit. This should be over now.

There is roughly 20 working days left this year so lets see if management can hit one our way in that delay.

Not sure what the excitement is about.. The 3rd party source fed you same BS, and confirmed the theories I have outlined. Funding was needed bla bla, check January news release, same thing. They got $15M, left with $8M now another $24M let's see what they will spend these for, as for me the deal is already arranged just playing the price while permits are issued and all parties knew the ...more

I administer two private Facebook groups for former Nemaska shareholders. Recours collectif Nemaska class action? and Nemaska Lithium investor group. -- I am collaborating with a specialized class action law firm evaluating the Nemaska file. I should find out by mid-December if file is accepted. If accepted, motion will be filed in Superior Court.

Tinker! Thanks for a clarification on further sampling from the ground, seems to be answered. I think your confidence crisis is more directed at COMEX, than at me  personally. :) My questions felt necessary to gain more transparency in the process, something I and several others ask for all the time. Nice weekend.

Thanks for doing this DD tinker.  Hopefully at the Dec 15th meeting, COMEX makes the recommendation.   As for the financing itself, it is true they did not need it.  They had/have about $8Million in the bank but decided to do the financing.  My opinion, as I've stated before, the financing was not to negotiate a deal with a potential partner.  That is far from ...more

Thanks for the intel Tinker, excellent post, but what do you mean by the answer to the soil and wetland question is covered in the 2019 agreement?
Comment by tinker901 on Nov 26, 2021 3:40pm
Wheeler, One of the terms in the "Pikhuutaau Agreement" signed in July 2019 has to do with remediation of the wetland soils after the mine is closed. This "new" question was for the exact same demand that was already agreed upon in the agreement.
