RE:So quiet hereI hear ya Tinker but realistically a blip in time. Even the old timers on here pre CRE (named co.) that the time involved to begin moving earth is always the unknown. Will say it again, you only get in this position once as a mgmt team, not everyone will be happy and so bring in good people and try to make an informed decision and pad your own pocket a bit... its the game.
Oh and its July every broker/ trader I know leaves Thursday at noon and heads north in ON.. not too far north of course there isn't Starbucks :)
