RE:What Based on your numbers, these are classified as operators, there will be labors, assuming operator to labors 1:2, so total are 90 workers, plus 5 mechanics, 5 engineers, 10 management staff, that 110 people, camp staff, incl 5 cooks, 5 cleaners, 5 camp staff, now 125 people. Mining is 2 12-hour shifts, you need 3 crews to rotate, plus outside consultants and visitors, so 250 is reasonable.
I did many mining projects, stayed at 4 camps, incl diavic diamond mine, snap lake mine, bhp Jansen mine, a Alaska construction camp.
