No Volume Of Any Significance = Coiled Spring I am frustrated as hell.
The pain of waiting is getting rather unbearable.
Fortunately (I THINK) we are done with the known permits that are needed and the seemingly endless mini-sub-ancillary permit requirements too.
So if the suits around the table have given lots of thought to CRE and done all the calculations and we then this should be close to a deal. Maybe even done already.
The fact that we can drop a dime with no volume means we can go up extremely fast too.
I know this.
It may in fact mean that the spring is under great pressure. There just are no new buyers showing up yet.
We are the same boring old choir looking at our songbooks and either moaning, or singing (maybe too enthusiasticall) or just humming along with the tune.
But our buckets are full for the most part.
We averaged up, down, sideways.... we are done.
WE NEED NEW BUYERS TO SHOW UP WITH ENTHUSIASM and the belief that the CRE.V that makes the announcement is exciting, a big story, selling at a great discount... and has very low float and not much for sale. Then you can have the spring push upward.
That is my hope at this point.
It will take more than a news release to get us old barnacles moving.
We need some fresh blood who cannot buy up the Ask fast enough.
