RE:RE:RE:Not the time to sell...

RE:RE:RE:Not the time to sell...And for you the option that these parties decided to take a break and walked away is not possible? How about CRE management removal of any timeline reference? Are they transparent if that happened but they are not telling the average Joe?
They had more than an year and a lot has changed, all could have been pushed few years down the road. Why no updates of the engineering progress? The magical 65%? Are we there yet? That silence should be ringing bells too. Based on the financial statements for  Q3 they were at 30% based on the money spent. So come 'March 2024 when we see Q4 financial again can determine based on how much they paid what is the engineering process. Should we resort to that or the company should have done better job communicating milestones established by themselves?
Compare to Jamse Bay project-how they say where they are what was done, etc.
CRE management can easily stop the slide by issuing NR about engineering status, equipment purchase, site preparation etc to show that they actually work in the background and are still committed to Spring 2024 construction start..
