Critical Elements Lithium Corp is a Canada-based mining exploration company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development and processing of critical minerals mining properties in Canada. Its projects include Rose Lithium-Tantalum, Rose North, Rose South, Arques, Bourier, Dumulon, Duval, Nisk, Lemare, Caumont, and Valiquette. The Rose Lithium-Tantalum property consists of over 473 claims covering a total area of over 246.55 square kilometers (km2). It lies in the northeastern part of Superior Province, within the Eastmain greenstone belt. The Rose North property consists of about 31 claims covering a total area of over 16.14 km2. The Arques Property is composed of one block totaling around 136 claims covering an area of 6,840.93 hectares (ha) over 18 kilometers (kms) in length in a Southwest-Northeast direction. The Bourier Property is comprised of over 304 claims with an area of 15,616.47 ha for over 30 kms. The Rose South property consists of over 280 claims.

It is my resounding crticicism of the management of this company that they have not been able to realize the value of this resource for the shareholders.   There have been several opportunities, but they were all ignored by the folks in charge at CRE.  

I am sorry, but it is not enough to have the goods and the permits.  You also need a team of people who can execute.  I find this 'only a matter of time' attitued to be a cop out.  Things will hapen when people make them happen.  This has nothing to do with fear . . .  it has everhthing to do wiith the lack of integrity and capability in the CRE team.

At this point I am wishing I took the $3 exit.  I thought at the time, as many I am sure did, that it was a precursor to financing and construction.   I thought the $3 would become $6 in a matter of weeks or months . . . because we were told that financing would be coming shortly after the permit.
