CRE relatively stronger

The LI production and sales business is highly compettive. Two assets that CRE has -water and cheap electric power -are getting more scarce for 2 areas occupied by competitors- Chile and Argentna.

I've covered a number of times the lack of water in Chilean Atacama desert home of Chile's LI,

Argentina's saltas are now suffering a water shortage and hydropower shortage which gives CRE a competitive advantage.
