Real concern

"Why does management seem content to let this happen or are they in fact knowingly involved for whatever the reason?".....Money?
When I first bought this stock the kid was in diapers, now he's smokin' a pack a day.
Although I've never met anyone from management, I've heard from people on this board who have.
And through the years, their experiences have varried about what they were told..
Information that one can take to be misleading, to outright....never mind.
Once you've established your character, there's no going back.
The point is, in recent postings, the suggestion to nominate management as saints is laughable.
Whatever they tell you, take it with a grain of salt, do what's best for you as an investor and keep your eye on the prize.

For those who have held this stock for as long as some of you clearly have I am sure the "action" since the permit's announcement have been deja vuesque. For those of us in our first year as shareholders the last 3 weeks have been 3 weeks; I understand that much of this is no $h*t territory or of little solace but the big hurdle was cleared in early November and so now you wait for ...more

Always have been saying that I'm very suspicious about them having a massive dilution plan to build their mine and  that's why my sell order was at $2.50!! Never had any dreams like some other members here about $8 or $10/share after permits!! BUT... There is that BUT I listed to JSLs ...more

I don't understand why you keep saying that we need our financing agreement to be way above market value.  Surely we need a financiing agreement that will give us runway to build a mine . . . from which the value of the resource can drive the company.  What more do we need right now?

Simple... The current market cap is ~ C$450M for the whole CRE, not only Rose! What message will it be to the market if the financing is done let's say C$150M  for 30% of Rose or C$400M for 30% of Rose which is the above market value? Mind that the $1.9B NPV is only for Rose, not the entire land package that CRE has. So if someone is willing to pay C$400M for 30% of Rose only (or 50 ...more

The lower our market cap, the lower our share price. The lower our share price, the more shares we have to issue when we finance. The more shares we issue, the more dilution. The more dilution, the smaller the percentage each share represents of the market cap. Or in other words, the less percentage of the company each shareholder owns and consequently less money that we make. I don't know if ...more

There     Good job Wheeler.  Drop the microphone as far as that's concerned.   Its just can we influence management to pump this or not.

That makes it very clear.  Thank you!  CD
