From the NILI board.

BANKS are responsable for DESTRUCTION OF STOCK VALUES

A big thank-you to all of those who did extensive due diligence to discover who are the MANIPULATORS and are responsable for the destruction of stock values in Canada.

It is the BANKS, who control 90% of the trading.

How do they do it?

They have been given exempt status (which means unregulated) to short all the shares they want on a market without have to borrow them.

In addition, they are to Police themsevles and report to the regulators all of the fail to deliver naked shorts, which they do not as it is their choice.

By being allowed to press a sell buttom on unlimited shares all day long, how can any investor or company expect to succeed.   It is impossible.

This behavior has resulted in:

(a) Destruction of share prices of small cap stocks,

(b) Destruction of companies to succeed in small cap

(c) Destruction of shareholder pensions and savings

(d) Destruction of jobs in Canada

This manipulation and suppression of stock prices is costing $ 40 billion per year in small caps and $ 500 billion for all stocks, all to benefit a few corrupt banks that turn the blind eyes to their employees shorting stocks to oblivion.

The regulators were stunned to learn this as they were not even aware and banks are using "I did not know either" as an excuse.

The great part is that we finally have found the culprits in this destruction.  Imagine that even the heavy hitters like Sprott, big pension funds and hedge funds were UNAWARE.   Imagine the little guy.

I am happy they will be launched a BILLIION $$$ lawsuit against the banks and that all of the small cap stocks will be encouraged to press release to their shareholders this intentional manipulation and suppression of their stock press.

On the political front I cannot see how Ford in Ontario will be able to defend this even though it is the banks that provide a huge amount of funds to them.    But without enough UPROAR, the exempt status will be removed from the banks and they will probably have to cover the billions of shares they have naked shorted.

Good Luck,

My personal opinion,

You know the phrase, 'If you can't beat them, join them'. Not in shorting that is! Hold bank shares.
