I was expecting some kinds of delays in construction  anyway 
So I'm not surprised someone like okeef said it to his shareholders to protect himself 
But I dont expect a delay  to financing news as per our chairman

There continue to be all kinds of deals being made CRE Can get it done 
If Haber can't make a deal after all of these years with CRE

Hey Sourceman, I guess I missed alot of posts in these last months. Where does that 46 days come from ? Who is O'Keefe ?

Ok,  So O'Keefe is an analyst with Cantor Fitzgerald. And CRE has not changed the 2026 start date on their March 30th presentation.
