Endeavour Financial (TSX: T.EDV, Stock Forum), after Thursday’s close, said its wholly-owned subsidiary, Endeavour Financial Luxembourg SARL, has acquired 45,710,000 additional common sharesof Crew Gold (TSX: T.CRU, Stock Forum), which represents 2.14% of Crew's issued and outstanding common shares, at prices ranging between NOK 1.13 and NOK 1.52 per share (CDN 20 cents to 26 cents). After giving effect to these acquisitions, Endeavour holds 855,793,211 shares of Crew representing 40.02% of Crew's issued and outstanding common shares. of (, ), which represents 2.14% of Crew's issued and outstanding common shares, at prices ranging between NOK 1.13 and NOK 1.52 per share (CDN 20 cents to 26 cents). Endeavour shares closed up 4% to $2.41 on Friday, while Crew Gold common stockrose 3% to 31.5 cents. rose 3% to 31.5 cents.
