Nice post Dave great information.  

As I suspected MOE dumped blocks and Severstal is in a weak position.  Either pour in another $230+ million, or settle with Frank, either way the current share price will be tough sledding.

Severstal can complain all they want.  Those guys must be thinking their poop does not smell or something. 

So, in order to get 50% +1 share at todays price of .46 lets play dialing for dollars.

So Endeavour needs another 190,584,419 shares or invest another 87,668,832.74 @ .46 today
Severstal needs another 500,701,123 or invest another $230,322,516.58 @.46 today
