As of December 31, 2018, the Company has working capital of $3,493,749. This is higher than the current market Cap ($3.2 million), which means the current share price may likely have been distorted by the market given the company also has good assets/projects with great potentials. 

As an observation, ITG (14) has been selling very small amount of shares at 0.035 every few minutes. Please see the following tradings at:

However, although ITG keeps selling at 0.035, the bids at 0.035 are surging up now. Clearly, people are accumulating the cheap shares at 0.035 from this seller. Once the strange seller (ITG) is gone, the market will likely correct the share price instantly.

If the seller (14) is gone, I personally expect to see the SP moving up. CSL looks good for me. Good luck to all!
