Auditor fees were massive and disputed.

Then new auditor is hired and they to charge ridiculous fees for a small public company. Meanwhile the Mini Max is showing amazing results in India. M&M will be looking after all the manufacturing, distribution, dealer sales and maintenance. The unit numbers could be JAW dropping. We in North America do not truly understand the scale of farming in various provinces of India. They originally spoke of 1,000 units of the Mini-Max. The numbers could be 5-10X that within a year. The CTO has been a good thing in hindsight because our SP would have been crushed if we were actively trading without news from M&M which should be pending.
