ergo it would mean issuing 50 million shares plus 25 mil WTS
Be more prudent for them to wait until after the Court Hearing, which will hopefully be decided in their favor, and then do the first traunch of financing at higher prices.
All that would be available down here is "vulture" finanqcing.
