"get your cheapies now" ... "THIS is the REAL move up" ... "never see it at these prices again" ... "18million CFT x 11.3 x (85 million) - 22.1 + 12% ($104,000) x 33) assuming 40% (PP) - financing to the power of 4 = $230 per share!".
