I think you're correct. With less than two weeks away until Centric is absorbed into AOI as agreed to by the two companies last October, I'm not looking for any significant price move here unless the news is generated by AOI.
I did see one release from Centric yesterday noting that the Kenya bock farm agreement with Tullow Oil has been finalized, but this was a foregone conclusion, anway.
