Should Be An Interesting Week...
...for CTE. With a short trading week and light volume I wonder if it will continue to swing wildly between the low 0.30's and mid 0.40's as has been a pattern lately. Seems to be some kind of exchange between big buyers and jittery retailers. Every time the sp takes a dive someone comes in and starts scooping up all the shares driving it back up again. Hard to figure out exactly, but this looming court date on Dec 16 is stirring the pot.
As for the court date, which will be the final judgement on Interstate Petroleum's compensation claim against CTE (and AOI, LEO Tullow)...no worries. There's no way the Kenyan powers- that-be are going to alienate all these explorers when they've worked so hard to attract them to their country in the first place...especially over a local water-driller. There's probably a news-blackout too, up to the court date. I'm hoping for a postive update soon after the decision is final.
