RE: Why not an offer of shares to shareholders?The april 11 filing on sedar from the company seems to explain the delay re. potential asset sale. Looks like National Bank is trying to work with the company along with GMP. The question is how much debt can the company pay down with a potential asset sale, and will the company restructure after that by issuing new debt or will their be a new equity issue or will the company be sold or merged? Not sure on any of these issues, will await further news releases.
