However, the large insiders you're referring to took positions at much lower levels and are sitting on multi-bagger profits now. Given the limited liquidity in the name, it may be prodent for them to gradually take profits as the shares catch a bid. That's what I think could be happening.
There's no question CUB is an interesting story and the theme will get increasingly popular as time goes on.
What they need to do is deliver orders for both of their key products, especially HydroGreen. It appears that quite a few of the orders thus far have been from parties that are in some way connected to the company and therefore may not represent 'real' demand.
We'll know more when they next announce an order win or release results.
