They sell tens of thousands of shares in a short period of time, step away and do the same a while after. Not what you'd expect from somebody who wants to have minimal impact on price. To be fair to CUB, the whole CEA group has been hammered, but they need to deliver on orders and deliveries or it's going to get worse before it gets better. Dave and team are very commercial and I believe they genuinely want to do what's best for the environment, company and shareholders. I'm hoping it'll happen, just need to be patient.

Yeah.  Brokers are shifty.  Glad someone is seeing the same.  I think they need to release news when it's there and not plan for just early mornings early week ( seems planned from my own observations).  I say just release the news anytime otherwise it's too predictable.  Morning comes, no news, the mice will play all day and all week as we see and have seen.  Not just misc news either, sales.  Not fluff.  Sales.  No more articles.  Sales.  Where are the sales they've said were going to occur?  Where's the strong demand they speak of? Where are the FreshHubs? Ontario potato farm? credit financing deal for Hydrogreen? all were soon to be announced apparently.  Three farm sales in one year and 122 and growing staff count with Cubic and an additonal 41 with Hydrogreen as per the recent MD&A.  I'm sorry, I just don't see the sense in that.  Unless they are/were gearing up for big things they see coming but this hiring has been going on for a loooong time now.  I've looked at many of the titles and I don't know if I could even follow their org chart.  No joke.

I agree with you though, I do not believe anyone with the company is deceptive, not at all.  Quite the opposite.  I believe that their road is paved with good intentions.  However, I don't think there is experience with public companies or manufacturing and field work but that's my own opinion and my opinion is also that they should manufacture onshore yesterday.  Maybe, though, manufacturing onshore is a wash with procuring materials in Canada since materials likely would come from China anyway.  I have no idea.  Regardless, too much has been said that has not transpired as stated.  I've already outlined them before and all are based on their own words.  I mean even the one FreshHub they sold was, according to the December interview, to be installed by end of 2022.  Now it's been mentioned sometime in 2023.  The Wyoming install was to be installed by end of Q1 now by late Q2.....I could go on but none of that is good.

I'm looking at another company right now very early stage but they've laid out a clear plan to shareholders and are executing it not talking then missing repeatedly.  A business can miss once, maybe twice, ok that's life but not repeatedly.  This company has even bragged that they grew revenues during Covid and good on them, the bragging is well deserved.  They could even brag they were saving the world and I would be ok with that because they do what they say they will do so go ahead and save all the worlds you want.  This company didn't use Covid as an excuse like so many other co's have done and continue to do over two years later.  I have yet to see excuses for anything.  Saying something then following through instills strong confidence along with real insider buying while shares are supposedly on sale and makes diehard shareholders out of ones that may not have been so diehard to start with.  That would include me with CUB.  I sold last year for a reason otherwise I would have ridden it out if I had confidence.  I've done it before with others companies.

Who knows, maybe a miracle is coming.  I imagine shareholders are hoping for that every single day.  Maybe every minute at this point.
