RE: Risks?

RE: Risks?1. Timing. In my experience if an NR doesn't come out when it's expected there can be great volatility. Sometimes NRs are delayed for a significant time. What's the liklihood the new resource report will come out this week - and which day is it most likely going to come on? Why do we know it's coming by this week (for sure)?

We frequently run late. The crowd expects it.

2. Size/quality of resource. I see 8 bn tonnes being thrown around as the count in 07. What's the market expecting now? From reading posts it looks like everyone is so bullish. Are people too bullish?

On the order of holy  sh ! t . Read the Presentation on their site. We are not going to know right away but I suspect the total size could increase 4-5 times. This estimate uses current numbers and adds 3.5 billion pounds.

3. Takeover potential. How likely is it? Usually a takeover is based on a 40% premium on the last 30 days of trading. That wouldn't put us too much higher than we are now. Thoughts?

The insiders have control and that's why we didn't get a lowball already. They have a number in mind and the RE will only increase it. This may be why Teck didn't try take us out already.

There is only 1 wild card left. The NTL. Our sp is responding to rumour that it is approved. Even the election is not throwing us off point. In addition we are getting a run up because we are approaching the RE. We should top out at $2.25 pre RE. If the NTL comes along we will shoot up over $3. Some will see this as a sell on news and get burned. There simply is not enough time between NR's to fiddle much.
