In 09 they had to liquidate properties to cover Fording etc. Now they are much better but I still only rate them as Neutral. Now Galore is no easy shoe in. We know that. Nova is 80% dependant on Teck. Soros knows that. Soros also knows that the market conditions are not good for the summer. ETF's can be confiscated with the click of a button and physical is only good if you don't hold it in the USA. (Read up on history if you don't beleive me). I've posted a number of links on this stuff. If you knew there were engineering challenges at Galore and weak markets ahead what would you do? While Canadian markets are over sold, Nova is bloated and does not have an exit strategy. (Wrote about this before too).

I could tell you what the shift means but you can figure that out easy enough. Yes, I know Pulsen is betting opposite but both bets need to be considered with respect to the length of time involved.
