I really hope you're right about that, cbew. I see no other catalyst for upward movement for the markets in general. Otherwise it's a stock picker's market with investments in names like CUU.
Without more stimulus, the best the global exchanges will do is move sideways, but possibly continue on a downward trend with Euro jitters continuing to hang over our heads.
The question remains what will happen when the Fed finally can no longer inject money into the markets. Many U.S. corporations are sitting on tons of capital but they aren't spending it, except for some M&A here and there.
