You're right. If a hacker replaced Vette's blog with gay pron, the views would certainly be higher. Currently, the only people viewing his blog are Vette himself and a few pumpers from AG. They claim they've had over 10,000 views, but anybody knows just a few people returning over and over again to the website can drive up the view count very easily, which is likely what Vette is doing. Did you notice how many ignores his pumping aliases got before Stockhouse deleted them? Clearly, the rest of the Stockhouse posters just put him on ignore. What a waste of time to spend that much time spamming the boards, and with one press of the mouse button by Stockhouse admins, all that time and effort gone... Poof!!
