RE:RE:Is Copper Fox on verge of bankruptcy again?

RE:RE:Is Copper Fox on verge of bankruptcy again?I think the cash will go sooner.  This management consistently spends money on exploration and development.  It does not seem to be in their DNA to sit back and slow the cash burn.

I don't see much in the way of funding sources going forward other than a PP.  It would make sense to have that in the winter so they are cashed up for their own coffers and any CXM activity.  They will see the need to protect their investment there.

A few million $ will only be another 10M shares or so (plus warrants).  They might escape consolidation, but if I was Ernesto and cared about this dog still, I would want a consolidation and then refinance the company on the new terms. I'm not sure he cares anymore, but a consolidation is likely to be in the interests of the major holders and management.  Obviously, it is not good news for current shareholders.
